Debit Card PIN Reset
To reset your Debit Card PIN, call 800-717-4923 with your card number and the last four digits of your SSN. Ensure you call from the primary phone associated with the account.
ATM Card PIN Reset
To reset your ATM Card PIN, dial 855-EASYPIN (855-327-9746) and provide your card number and a Reference Number from the credit union. Calls must be made from the primary phone linked to your account.

To report a lost or stolen Visa® Credit Card or to activate a new card, call 800-543-5073, available 24/7.
