Logan Day 2024
Proud to be a workplace partner for Logan Township and their staff! It was a great event for the residents…

At Fort Billings Federal Credit Union, our New Jersey communities mean everything to us. We believe in the power of giving back and actively working to improve the lives of the people who make our community thrive. Our involvement extends to various programs and organizations, ensuring we make a positive impact on those we serve.
Each year, we participate in Paulsboro High School’s “Game of Life” event, where seniors engage with local businesses to ask real-life questions. From understanding credit to establishing a financial foundation, we guide students as they transition to the workforce or college, helping them start their financial journeys on the right foot.
Financial education is at the core of what we do. That’s why we hosted a KOFE (Knowledge of Financial Education) event for all Heritage employees. Empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to make informed financial decisions is just one way we contribute to building a financially stronger community.
Partnering with the Gibbstown Municipal Alliance Committee, we proudly sponsored the Gibbstown Senior Citizens Luncheon. We provided centerpieces for the event, adding a touch of warmth to the day and contributed raffle prizes to bring smiles to the seniors in our community.
We celebrate our nation’s independence every year by sponsoring the Gibbstown 4th of July Parade. In addition to supporting the local fire department, we take pride in being part of this cherished community tradition that brings families together in a spirit of patriotism and fun.
Connecting with local businesses is vital to our mission. We actively participate in the Gibbstown Business Development and Economic meetings, collaborating with local leaders to stay informed about economic changes and opportunities that impact our community.
In recognition of the dedication and hard work of our local police, we delivered food to the Greenwich Township Police Department. It’s our way of saying thank you for their unwavering commitment to keeping our community safe.
At Avantor Table Day, we engaged with employees to discuss the benefits of credit unions over traditional banks. Educating them on our services, we help individuals understand how we can support their financial goals with more personalized service and member-focused products.
Supporting local businesses and farmers is a priority for us. This year, we sponsored the St. Michael’s Mutual Club and Greenwich Township Farmers Market, which runs from July through October. This monthly event allows local farmers, bakers, candy makers, and crafters to showcase their talents and sell their goods, fostering a sense of community and promoting the importance of shopping locally.
At the Chelten House Benefits Fair, we brought fun and education together by hosting a Plinko game and distributing gifts to employees. We also took the opportunity to highlight the advantages of credit union membership and how we can help them achieve financial freedom.
We believe in nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit, even in our youngest members. By supporting their small businesses, we encourage their future financial success and instill in them the values of hard work, innovation, and community support.
Estate planning can be overwhelming, but it’s essential to protecting loved ones. In partnership with LPL Financial, we hosted the “Share Your Love” workshop for Avantor employees, helping them understand estate planning and ensuring their families are taken care of in the future.
We believe in the power of community and coming together to celebrate those memorable moments. Along with Greenwich Township, the board of Commissioners, Paulsboro Chamber of Commerce, The Boys and Girls Club of Paulsboro, and Saint Michaels Mutual Club; we had the pleasure of welcoming Gibbstown Grocery Outlet and supporting their grand opening at their ribbon cutting event. Together, we are community strong, together we can make a difference!
